Currently:
Senior Research Scientist at the Department of Electrical Engineering Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey, USA
EE Department, Princeton University

Main interests:

Dr. Glesk is the co-inventor of an ultrafast all-optical device called the “Terahertz optical asymmetric demultiplexer (TOAD),” and demonstrated its capability of performing ultrafast all-optical switching, demultiplexing, and photonic packet routing, including wavelength and data format conversion.
The switching speeds demonstrated far exceeded data rates and capabilities of existing electronics.

Dr. Glesk holds three US patents on the devices related this technology which have been licensed by
Kailight, Inc., with goal of manufacturing and implementing them for in fiber-optical networks.
These devices are already been demonstrated in field trials by several major telecommunications carriers.
