Subject aim: Selected practical methods for microwave circuits design.

Brief curriculum of the subject:

Optimized design of wavw-guides according to mode-purity, attenuation and transmitted energy. Computer aided guide design. Practical methods for impedance matching, Smith’s diagram. Computer aided design of microstrip-based circuits (guides, filters, resonators).
